Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These terms cover your use of ryzeon.ca and the services of Ryzeon ([SANDEEP TO PROVIDE: legal business name], [SANDEEP TO PROVIDE: mailing address], British Columbia, Canada). By using the site or buying a service, you agree to them.

2. Services

We offer AI bots and automation, Shopify store builds, website design, SEO, ads management, white-label AI bots, and ad account recovery consultations. Each package's inclusions are described on its page. Where we agree a written proposal or scope with you, it sets the deliverables and timeline, and it prevails over these terms if they conflict.

3. Prices and taxes

4. Payment

Late payments may result in suspension of services. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through secure Stripe checkout. We do not accept cryptocurrency. Payment is made online through Stripe's checkout. We don't accept cash, cheques, e-transfers or crypto. Setup and one-time fees are paid up front before work begins. Monthly plans are billed in advance each month to the same card until cancelled. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the ad platform, and third-party usage (for example AI calls and messages) is billed at cost unless agreed otherwise.

Founding client offer

Clients who sign up by December 31, 2026 for a package with 3 or more monthly services get 25% off the setup fees for those monthly services, and their monthly price for those services stays the same for 12 months from the start date while they remain subscribed. The setup discount requires a minimum term of 3 months of monthly service. After the first 3 months, plans continue month to month. The offer does not apply to one-time builds, ad spend or third-party costs. The offer ends December 31, 2026.

5. Cancellation and refunds

6. No guarantees

We don't guarantee specific results, including leads, sales, rankings, ad performance or the reinstatement of any ad account. Ad platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Google make their own decisions about accounts.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information and timely access, to have the rights to content and data you give us, to get any consent needed to message your customers (including under CASL), and to follow the policies of the platforms you use.

8. AI systems

AI can make mistakes. You review and approve your bot's behaviour and content before launch, and you're responsible for what it tells your customers. Bots we build identify themselves as AI. See our AI Use & Disclosure.

9. Third-party services

Our work relies on providers such as Stripe, Shopify, Vercel, AI, telephony, CRM and ad platforms, plus ad account partners. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we aren't responsible for their outages, fees or decisions. If you sign up with a partner through our link, we may earn a commission. 10. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your content and data. Once paid in full, you own the custom deliverables we make for you. We keep our templates, tools and know-how, and you get a licence to use them as part of your deliverables.

11. Confidentiality and privacy

Each of us will keep the other's confidential information private. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or ad account restrictions. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be waived by law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Changes don't affect services already paid for.
